Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
- Supervise work teams in the field, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards
- Conduct pre-job start discussions with work teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and expectations
- Manage and maintain accurate records of permits, risk assessments, and method statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Proven experience as a Rigger Supervisor or equivalent role
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Normal rate: £26.85
- Rate A: £37.59
- Rate B: £48.33
