MDE Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Rigger Supervisor to join their team for a large project. As a leading engineering consultancy, they prioritize employee safety and promote personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
  • Supervise work teams in the field, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards
  • Conduct pre-job start discussions with work teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and expectations
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of permits, risk assessments, and method statements

Requirements:

Compensation:
