Group Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Director to join our client's senior leadership team. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving the financial strategy and direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion.
- Manage and inspire a high-performing finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Review and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Partner with senior leaders to inform strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize financial processes to enhance profitability.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS15 and experience of working in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience of working in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of driving financial performance.
