Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, including employee record management, data entry, and file maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to employee record management, data entry, and file maintenance.
  2. Coordinate recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes for new hires.
  3. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with the HR team to drive process improvements and enhance employee experience.
  4. Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  1. Prior experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity is a must.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
