### Job Title: Project QS

We are seeking a highly skilled Project QS to join our team at MBS Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a Project QS, you will play a key role in overseeing the commercial aspects of a major £70m design package. This will involve working closely with the Commercial Manager to manage opportunities and risks, as well as overseeing contract administration and change control.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the commercial aspects of the design package, including opportunity and risk management
* Work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure effective contract administration and change control
* Collaborate with external stakeholders to achieve project goals
* Provide proactive support to the Commercial Manager in leading a collaborative working relationship

### Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project QS or similar role
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex contracts
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
