In the capacity of a Visual Presentation Specialist, you will leverage your analytical and logical abilities to craft compelling presentations. Your responsibilities will include converting intricate data into engaging, clear, and succinct visuals. Utilizing your expertise in PowerPoint, along with logical reasoning and insights from cognitive science, you will develop diagrams, visual representations, and animations that resonate.

You will work closely with presenters to grasp their core message and its importance, subsequently delivering PowerPoint slides that are not only memorable but also easy to convey. Furthermore, you will evaluate project requirements and determine when to implement custom diagrams or utilize existing templates to effectively address the demand for this service.

Your capacity to merge problem-solving skills, psychological insights, and a creative approach will be essential in enhancing Marsh McLennan's presentation capabilities. Your analytical background will empower you to transform data into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with presenters to comprehend their intricate message and its significance, transforming it into a memorable and compelling visual representation. Ensure that visuals and animations effectively communicate key messages and support the overall narrative of the presentation. Enhance our presentation capabilities by developing and maintaining a library of reusable templates. Assess project requirements and determine when to create a custom diagram tailored to specific needs or utilize existing templates to effectively communicate complex information. Guide Designers in producing fully designed and animated slides that align with quality standards and brand guidelines. Foster the growth and development of a community of Visualizers and Designers by inspiring and influencing them through training. Adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and deliver results with agility and efficiency. Stay informed about scientific trends and adapt them to align with best practices in visualization techniques, continuously enhancing the quality and impact of your work. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visualizations.

Required Qualifications:

A passion for applying scientific and psychological principles. Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience in creating diagrams, visualizations, and animations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise visuals. A blend of problem-solving and creative thinking. Familiarity with design principles and an understanding of how visuals can enhance the overall message. Demonstrated adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
