We are seeking a skilled Lettings Officer to join our team at Stonewater. As a key member of our Lettings team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience for both outgoing and incoming customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated case load, working independently and as part of a team to respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle tenancy terminations, schedule works to empty homes, and manage contractors to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
  • Advertise homes, manage customer applications, and support tenancy sustainment initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills, with experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to self-manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, with a strong understanding of the benefits of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience using databases and third-party interfaces.
