About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication administration.
  • Assist with off-site activities, including social events, outings, and appointments.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manual driving license and willingness to drive individuals as required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
