As an Identity Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the identity management service, ensuring that all users, including staff, contractors, partners, and customers, can be and have been correctly authenticated into the various areas of the corporate or partner networks.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain the identity management service, ensuring seamless user authentication and access control.
  2. Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to users on IAM-related issues.
  5. Monitor and analyze IAM system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  2. Experience with identity management systems, including user provisioning, password management, and access control.
