Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain/Purchasing Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain/ Purchasing department, you will be responsible for assisting the Supply Chain Manager in undertaking a wide range of administration tasks, including liaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure that product, stock, purchasing, packaging, and supplier data is updated and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager in coordinating and implementing supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and supplier data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
