We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain/Purchasing Administrator to join our team at Graham & Brown. As a key member of our Supply Chain/ Purchasing department, you will be responsible for assisting the Supply Chain Manager in undertaking a wide range of administration tasks to support the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure product, stock, purchasing, packaging, and supplier data is updated and maintained.
  • Assist in the coordination of purchasing activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing other tasks as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
