Job Title: Project Manager

Job Type: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Location: Bromley (Hybrid - 2 days in office per week)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-level initiatives and manage multiple projects across IT and business units. The successful candidate will have a strong project management background and the ability to engage with senior leaders and executive board members to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring smooth coordination across IT and business functions.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to understand business requirements, manage expectations, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver new requirements and solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of communication, ensuring transparency and clear updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to articulate project progress and outcomes effectively.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable Project Delivery and Management experience, at least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Possess a strong understanding of IT and business-related project deliverables.
  • Financial Services or Insurance industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management, confident in winning project approvals from executive leaders.
  • Available to commute to Bromley for at least 2 days per week.
