Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Control Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Stock Control Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stock management system, including the accurate recording and tracking of stock movements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the booking in and tracking of stock into our head office and other locations
- Record accurately the description and product codes of incoming stock
- Allocate and record which stock is where, and maintain accurate records of available products
- Process stock movements efficiently and effectively, with a high level of accuracy
Requirements
- Previous experience in a stock control environment, with strong administrative skills
- Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to accurately record and analyze data
- Punctuality and a professional approach to work, with the ability to work well within a team
