About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Night Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Hampton by Hilton London Docklands. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, handling guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the highest level of service.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to health and safety standards.
