About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Park Royal. As a key member of our night shift team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the running of night shift tasks, including breakfast setup and cooking
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Contribute to the security of the hotel at night, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff
  • Work collaboratively with the night manager and deputy general manager to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience within a customer-facing role is preferred, but not essential
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Computer literate with a professional telephone voice
