About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and reliable Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of parcels to our customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
- Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional service
- Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
About You
We're looking for a friendly and proactive individual with a full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) and a clean licence with no more than 6 penalty points. You'll have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
