About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing data centre projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring design excellence and technical precision.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management

Lead and manage data centre projects, overseeing project schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.

Design and Documentation

Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet project requirements.

Site Management

Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to maintain the integrity of the design intent and address construction challenges.

Industry Knowledge

Stay informed about the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies, with a focus on data centre design and sustainable building practices.


Requirements

  1. Experience

Substantial years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in data centres or similar high-tech facilities.

Skills

Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive and precise project documentation.

Project Management

Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
