Expert Recruitment is seeking a skilled Construction Graduate to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in quantity surveying and buying services under the guidance of a Managing Quantity Surveyor.

The successful candidate will work with a highly committed and experienced team to assist in estimating and cost planning activities, provide guidance on procurement strategies, and contribute to tender evaluation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on estimating and cost planning activities
  • Provide guidance on procurement strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents
  • Contribute to tender evaluation and reporting
  • Support in contract administration and cost control procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of interim valuations
  • Contribute to comprehensive cost reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of final accounts
  • Offer advice on contract-related matters and dispute resolution

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, a willingness to learn and improve, and be capable of being flexible with their skill set. Experience within the Main Contracting or Civil Engineering sector is desirable.
