About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Manager at Beaumont Care Homes. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality care to residents, promoting choice and independence.
  • Ensure the highest possible standards of care are maintained, adhering to company policies, regulations, and individual care plans.
  • Implement care home policies to promote resident care, staff welfare, and training, while maintaining the good reputation of the business.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans for residents.
  • Ensure treatments are carried out as prescribed.
