About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers
  • Offer expert advice on our products and services, including mobile and broadband plans
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with our products and services
