About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team of early years educators at Ickle Pickles Nursery School. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare are delivered, instilling a love of learning in both the educator team and children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective and successful running of the nursery in accordance with our values and standards.
- Deliver high setting occupancy, promoting the nursery and attracting the highest quality of educators.
- Lead the educator team, promoting Storal's values and creating an effective parent partnership.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of childcare and education.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.Proven managerial experience within an early years setting.Understanding of special educational needs and equality of opportunity.Proven experience with nursery administration, with a commercial mindset.Passionate about delivering high standards of childcare.What We Offer:
