Nursery Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Ickle Pickles Nursery School in Iwade, Kent. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare are delivered, instilling a love of learning in our educator team and children.

About the Role:

  • Lead the educator team and promote Storal's values
  • Deliver high setting occupancy and promote the setting through local marketing
  • Attract and develop the highest quality of educators to be part of your team
  • Create an effective parent partnership by building longstanding relationships

About You:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent
  • Proven managerial experience within an early years setting
  • Understanding of special educational needs and equality of opportunity
  • Proven experience with nursery administration and a commercial mindset
