Position: Support Engineer
Location: Hybrid Role
Salary: Competitive up to £61,500

Role Overview:
As a Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within the Systems Engineering team, serving as the primary authority on Reliability-Centered Maintenance and Through-Life Support. Your objective is to ensure that all design choices are guided by a comprehensive understanding of the submarine lifecycle. You will offer critical insights to assist the team in developing resilient and efficient support systems that endure over time. By mitigating risks associated with future artefact generation, you will ensure that the team recognizes the potential within Model-Based Definition, incorporating all essential Integrated Product Support (IPS) components into their processes.

Key Qualifications:
Required:

  • A degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A robust background in Systems Engineering, with a thorough understanding of its terminology and principles.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Enterprise Architect tools.
  • Familiarity with Support Engineering methodologies.
  • Relevant professional certifications or accreditations.
