Chief Product Officer

HMN Capital is seeking a seasoned Chief Product Officer to lead our product strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our business goals and customer needs.
  • Build and manage a high-performing product team, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver product roadmaps through rigorous prioritization and execution.
  • Ensure all products have a cohesive and clear Go-To-Market plan that aligns with customer needs.
  • Develop and execute commercial policy with the CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on building research or data products preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing product teams delivering double-digit growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product development best practices.
  • Ability to present complex information at industry events and strategic client meetings.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and prioritize key opportunities and challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
