Job Title: Windows and Virtualisation Team Leader

Job Type: Permanent

Hybrid Model: 3 days a week onsite

Location: City of London

Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team responsible for managing and improving on-prem servers, virtualisation environments, and cloud-based solutions
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement within the team
  • Administration, support, and maintenance of the Windows Server, Citrix, and VMWare environments
  • Monitor operational stability and deliver improvements
  • Team management, leadership, and mentoring
  • Stakeholder and Vendor management

Requirements:

  • Hands-on project and support experience with Windows servers, M365, SCCM, and Active Directory
  • Experience with On-Prem and Cloud-Based Solutions | Azure, AWS
  • Strong knowledge of Virtualisation technologies | VMware vCenter, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
  • Worked in Leadership roles – managing teams of 5+ people
  • Experience in regulated financial environments is highly desirable
