Electrical Test and Inspection Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Test and Inspection Engineer to join our team at phs Compliance. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough electrical inspections and testing on customer installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical inspections and testing on customer installations, including emergency lighting testing, fire alarm inspections, mains analysis, and thermal imaging.
  • Complete all relevant reports and certification associated with your inspection and testing using our cloud-based certification software.
  • Ensure all reports and certification are completed and submitted on time.
  • Perform LED lighting replacements both in hours and out of hours, in line with the project schedule.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £39,312, with average earnings of circa £50,350 (base salary plus bonus, on-call, overtime/weekends, and paid travel time).
  • Realistic earning potential excluding overtime on weekends, circa £53,600.
