At the core of our operations is manufacturing, where we fulfill our promise to customers by producing the UK's premier bricks. We are currently seeking a FLT Operative to become a vital member of our production team.

Your Role:
As an FLT Operative, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to manufacture superior concrete products utilizing various operational techniques. Your responsibilities will include completing production tasks with powered hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. You will thrive in an environment where safety, quality, waste management, and operational efficiency are prioritized.

Working Hours:
42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
Shift pattern: 6am - 2pm.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in a small to medium manufacturing environment
  • FLT license is required - Counterbalance (re-certification available for the successful candidate)
  • Strong drive and motivation for personal and professional growth
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
