Job Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Analyze and interpret RFP, RFI, RFQ and perform analysis outcomes to optimize supplier performance.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Experience in supplier forums, supplier satisfaction surveys, and supplier engagements to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Supplier Performance Analysis: Analyze supplier performance, utilization, and commercial competitiveness to identify opportunities for renegotiation.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Professional communication skills are essential for negotiating with vendors and promoting company initiatives.
  • Process Documentation: Document end-to-end workflow for supplier onboarding, including process flow, actors, and actions required.
  • Business Case Development: Create business cases and requirement documents for approval, working with IT Business Partners to identify technology options.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Work with Reporting & Analytics and PMO Teams to create individual supplier scorecards and quarterly reports.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Work with Legal to define audit requirements, checklists, and documents required for quarterly worker audits.
  • Team Collaboration: Define responsibilities of each team involved in the onboarding process and maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in MSP process and Supply Chain Management certification is strongly preferred.
