Job Title: Pharmacist Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacist Manager to lead our team and make a positive impact at our pharmacy in Portslade Health Centre in Brighton.

About the Role:

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services. You will work closely with our Area Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Work closely with our Area Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • MPharm degree or equivalent.
  • Management experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
