Job Title: Principal RF Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal RF Engineer to lead the RF aspects of our products from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing RF solutions that meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of RF systems, including receivers, transmitters, and power amplifiers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RF design meets product requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our RF design capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RF design, with a strong background in receivers, transmitters, and power amplifiers.
  • Familiarity with Cellular systems (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of basic DSP principles and Software Defined Radio principles.
  • Experience with Embedded software development on PICs is a plus.
  • Strong electronics and specialized RF/Microwave Engineering expertise up to 4GHz.
