We are seeking an experienced pharmacy manager to join our team at Compass Associates. As a pharmacy manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the pharmacy team, providing leadership on medicines management, and maintaining high-level standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to achieve high standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Provide leadership on medicines management, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Undertake ward rounds to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and that any issues are addressed promptly.

- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
