Key Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner/ODP to oversee the day-to-day operations of the theatre and sterile services department. This role involves managing theatre resources, ensuring a safe and effective operating environment, and working in multiple settings, including assisting with trauma cases and ITU patients, managing outpatient clinics, and emergency evacuations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage theatre resources to maintain a safe and efficient operating environment
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve theatre operations
  • Contribute to the development of the theatre team, providing guidance and support as needed
About the Role

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a fixed-term contract up to 4 years. The salary is £35k - £40k plus 25% Gratuity (taxable) & Flights and Relocation Package. Applicants must be authorized to work in the UK.
