Supervisor - New Hall School

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that our high standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Take part in the setup of refectory and events, ensuring that all areas are prepared and ready for service.
- Nurture and develop new catering assistants, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings, ensuring that you are up-to-date with all relevant information.
- Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers.
- Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary.
