Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and preparation of budgets and medium-term financial plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
- Account Reconciliation and Management: Support with monthly account reconciliations, pension and payroll information, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Pension and Insurance Administration: Provide support with pension-related tasks, including keeping insurance details up-to-date and managing claims.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing financial information for the company website and complete required returns and statistics.
- Target Achievement and Performance Monitoring: Work towards agreed targets and monitor performance to ensure the achievement of financial objectives.

Requirements:
