Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Financial Management team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

This role will involve undertaking detailed expenditure analysis, establishing control, and forecasting for a Directorate, as well as supporting the production of monthly financial reports.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a wide variety of tasks supporting the main body of Management Accounts, including regular journals, checking of invoices received, and raising invoices to third parties.

They will also need to meet with budget holders on a regular basis within the Directorates and prepare forecasts based on these.

The role will also include helping with the year-end accounts, ensuring all reconciliations are complete and up to date, analysis, and assisting with the improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.
