Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Real Staffing. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, improving existing ones, and ensuring the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Provide technical assistance and support to the manufacturing floor to ensure production of quality products
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process instructions, work instructions, and quality control procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
