About the Role

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing, and deploying staff to meet patient needs
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet individual patient preferences and needs
  • Communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to manage the care environment and reduce the use of restrictive practices

About Tavener Ward

Tavener Ward is a 16-bed inpatient care and rehabilitation unit for adult men with acquired or traumatic brain injuries and complex mental health needs. Our team focuses on individual goal-planning with each patient, agreeing on specific behaviors to develop or reduce. We also offer a safe and supportive environment for patients to develop daily living skills, cognition, and behavioral management.
