Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will work closely with our company Director to continuously improve health and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, enhancing the health and safety culture of the team, and conducting accident and near-miss reports where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support will be provided to further industry qualifications
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a NEBOSH Construction qualification and 3+ years of experience in a similar role. You will also need to have experience with internal audits, risk assessment, near-miss reports, and running of training sessions.
