Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver

As a 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver for DPD Group UK, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery of parcels. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and deliver parcels to customers across the region, working closely with the depot team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with loading and unloading parcels at the depot
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with the depot team to ensure smooth operations
  • Meet safety and quality standards at all times
Requirements:
  • Valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry heavy items
