Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Associate to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on benefits administration, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day benefit administration, including informing providers of changes in employee life cycles and maintaining online benefit platforms across multiple European countries.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in benefit-related processes, policies, and tools, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection legislation.
  • Create and maintain high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and effective HR processes.
  • Identify process improvements, recommending solutions to enhance HR services and quality.
  • Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within the HR Shared Services team, collaborating with colleagues to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of general HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Desirable experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Darwin.
