We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Psychologist to join our Outpatient Therapy Service as Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and expansion of our clinic and private therapy services, working closely with our existing team of passionate clinicians.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of a range of psychotherapeutic interventions to private and healthcare-funded clients
- Develop and manage the service, including responding to referrals, monitoring treatment outcomes, and providing clinical supervision to colleagues
- Work closely with the Consultant Psychiatrist and Associate Director of Psychology to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and adherence to clinical governance standards
- Contribute to the development of our DBT community service and other therapy services, including introducing new interventions and programs
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered Psychologist with the HCPC, have extensive experience in leading and developing community services, and be able to demonstrate your ability to manage risk concerns in a patient-centered and effective manner. You will also need to be confident in your ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to ensure treatment is being delivered effectively.
