We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Chef Selection Limited.

**Job Summary**

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen, organizing daily prep, and training your team to maintain high standards while developing menus.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
* Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure high standards are maintained
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to train and develop kitchen staff
