Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving issues and ensuring their engines are running efficiently.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of engine systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering and Leading Indicators, to anticipate and resolve field challenges.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in services/installed base engineering.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of engine systems, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in related field or PhD degree in related field with experience relevant to indicated position areas of expertise and knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
