Job Description

Job Title: Financial Policy Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Policy Analyst to join our Group Financial Reporting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing accounting policy changes to the Group Accounting Manual under IFRS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute accounting policy changes to the Group Accounting Manual under IFRS.
  • Train the global finance organization in accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support in complex accounting queries.
  • Review and oversee the Group's reporting quality and ensure reporting governance across the Group.
  • Involvement in quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
  • Act as one of the key contacts for external auditors globally.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Group Financial Reporting to implement projects aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of financial reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • University degree (or similar) with specialization in finance and/or accounting.
  • ~3 to 4 years of work experience in an IFRS reporting environment on the corporate side, Big4 experience is a plus.
  • ~ Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English on a professional level.
  • ~ Eager to acquire experience and build a career in a high-performance environment with a strong teamwork spirit.
  • ~ Ability and willingness to work in a high-performance and diverse environment.
