About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Luxury Brand Ambassador for The House of Creed. As a key representative of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and upholding the prestige of our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
  • Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
  • Drive sales and meet sales targets through effective engagement with customers.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for luxury brands and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Be flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
