We are seeking a skilled Luxury Brand Ambassador to join our team at Frasers, Rushden Lakes, Northamptonshire.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury, excellent communication skills, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
  • Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Passion for the luxury brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
