We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Daniels-Head Insurance Agency.
About the RoleAs a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing risk advice and insurance programmes that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide risk advice and insurance programmes that are innovative and intelligent.
- Manage a book of clients, including existing and new business, to ensure optimal growth and retention.
- Communicate effectively with clients through telephone, email, and post.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of experience in SME or commercial insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of policies, including:
- Commercial and Contractors Combined
