Key Responsibilities- Provide persuasive verbal and written representations to support vulnerable adults in various settings.
- Work independently and with professional discretion to handle sensitive information and make informed decisions.
- Travel regularly to visit beneficiaries, building strong relationships and trust.
- Ensure beneficiaries' voices are heard and their rights are upheld, advocating on their behalf when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to provide comprehensive support services.
- Proven experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a health and social care setting.
- Understanding of Safeguarding and Deprivation of Liberty principles.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook skills, with the ability to learn new software.
- Experience in handling highly sensitive information securely.
- Full driver's license and access to your own transport.
- Competitive salary starting at £23,088.00 per annum, dependent on experience.
- 25 days annual leave (pro-rata for part-time).
- Travel expenses paid from home.
- Advocacy Qualification paid for by POhWER.
- Cash Wellbeing Healthcare Plan Cover.
- Death in service benefit.
- Option to buy up to 5 days additional annual leave (pro-rata for part-time).
