Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the relocation industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Partnerships & Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential moving clients and new removals business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to target key markets and expand our customer base.
- Identify, approach, and secure new moving clients through networking, cold calling, and direct sales efforts.
- Tailor our moving services to meet the specific needs of potential clients, ensuring a personalized and effective sales pitch.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to our overall revenue growth.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations for potential clients, working closely with our operations team to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- Attend monthly meetings to report on sales activities, market trends, and business development initiatives.
- Work closely with our marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and continuous improvement of our services.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the international moving, relocation, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the London market and the challenges associated with international relocation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within London and surrounding areas as required.
