About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Our supported living service in Gloucester is a welcoming and friendly environment, and you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities and engage in social activities
  • Teach new life skills and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality service

You don't need to have experience to be a fantastic Support Worker - what you need is a passion for making a difference and a desire to learn and grow with our team.
