About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our client, a renowned Games Development Studio based in Guildford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong online community around their new PC game.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community strategy to engage with players and foster a sense of belonging.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure community feedback is incorporated into the game's development.
- Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, and live streams, to showcase the game's features and community activities.
- Manage and moderate online forums, social media groups, and other community platforms to ensure a positive and respectful environment.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and attract new players.
- Monitor and analyze community feedback, sentiment, and metrics to inform community strategy and game development decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in community management, social media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and how to create engaging content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

What We Offer:
